3) the case when PRO4B processes personal data because it is necessary due to applicable law, the periods of data processing for this purpose are specified in these provisions (it is, for example, obliged in accordance with the law to store User’s Personal Data for a longer period or if The User’s personal data are needed to file legal claims or defend against legal charges, we will keep User’s Personal Data until the end of the appropriate retention period or until such charges are resolved;
4) in the absence of specific legal or contractual requirements, the basic period of data storage in the case of records and other documentary evidence drawn up during the performance of the contract, a maximum of 10 years.
